Strength + Endurance Class

Our Strength + Endurance program is a small group strength and conditioning class focused on helping you feel, look, and perform better – all while staying active for the rest of your life. Each one-hour class includes a guided warm-up, coached strength training, and a variety of accessory exercises and/or conditioning elements. Prepare to get stronger and learn how to lift, all while having fun!
