MSP Fitness 2016 Class Schedule

360 JumpStart

Our 12-week 360 JumpStart program is a perfect starting point to bring strength, fitness, and wellness into your life in a purposeful, enjoyable, and lasting way. Combining high-intensity aerobic training with the development of functional strength in a fun environment, we push the intensity, never compromising safety, in a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

Fitness Class

This is our CrossFit MSP Class.  A small group strength and conditioning program focused on helping you feel, look, and perform better, while staying active for the rest of your life. You will experience a guided warm-up, strength/technical training utilizing primarily barbells and broad conditioning workouts in this fun one hour class.

Performance Class

This advanced class incorporates movements with higher technical demand, including the Olympic lifts of Snatch and Clean and Jerk, along with more challenging conditioning sessions. Once you have acquired the requisite mobility, stability, strength, and technical consistency found in our Fitness class, you will have the opportunity to progress into this class with coach’s permission.
