What is 360 JumpStart?

360 JumpStart is not your typical overcrowded boot-camp class with trainers yelling at you while you endure a “beat-down”. Our training is intentionally designed, combining high-intensity aerobic training with the development of functional strength in a fun professionally coached environment. Our JumpStart classes are purposefully small, so that we can coach you in your individual path to strength and overall health. We take the time to get to know and support you in and outside the gym. In our classes you will learn how to move, breathe, and control your body through the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, and a variety of resistance tools. We push the intensity, relative to your individual ability, never compromising safety in a supportive community of like-minded individuals. The focus of this program is not just on building a better you for now, but for a lifetime.

Our JumpStart program is perfect fit for anyone ready to regain their original self – the one who could easily squat down to pick things up. Walk up and down stairs effortlessly, or take on whatever life throws at you. This program is an ideal starting point to bring strength, fitness, and wellness into your life in a purposeful, enjoyable, and lasting way.
Through this class, you will learn and regain the strength, stamina, and mobility you once had. With accountability and high-quality coaching, we will help you reach your potential. 360 JumpStart is for anyone with a passion for learning and the will and drive to improve oneself.
360 JumpStart + Nutrition Coaching
In addition to the 360 JumpStart program, we are offering a high touch Nutrition Coaching option for those serious about change. Our 360 JumpStart + Nutrition Coaching program focuses on the whole you. It’s about learning and empowerment, unlocking your inner strength so you can make healthy nutritional and lifestyle choices that fit your individual goals.
Our nutrition coaching methodology may differ from what you have experienced in the past. We do not start with generic handouts full of food charts, recipes and recommended meal plans. Instead, we start with a comprehensive assessment of where you are now along with the changes you would like to see, then we help you develop an individualized road map to get there. We know from experience that long-term habit change leads to successful and lasting results, and we look forward to supporting you every step of the way!

IMPORTANT NOTE: For those signed up for our JumpStart + Nutritional Coaching, there will be a special weekly 1 hour coaching session on Saturday’s from 11-12:00pm immediately following the training.
